THE PROCESS
WILLS
1. Get in touch with me to arrange an appointment
2. I will visit you at home to discuss your Wills (or a virtual appointment if you would prefer) and take instructions. Cost, deposit, and timeframe confirmed here
3. I will issue terms of business for your signature and return to me
4. I will draft the Wills and send them to you for your approval with an explanation of the clauses
5. Once you are happy with your Wills, a further appointment to be arranged for me to oversee the signing of the final versions.
6. You will be provided with your original Wills for safe storage at home and I will register your Wills with the National Wills Register
LPA’s
1. Get in touch with me to arrange an appointment
2. I will visit you at home to discuss your LPA’s (or a virtual appointment if you would prefer) and take instructions. Cost, deposit, and timeframe confirmed here
3. I will issue terms of business for your signature and return to me
4. I will draft the LPA’s and send them to you for your approval with an explanation of the provisions
5. Once you are happy with your LPA’s, a further appointment to be arranged for me to oversee the signing of the final versions
6. I will arrange for your attorneys to sign the LPA’s and I will send the LPA’s to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration
7. You will be provided with the registered LPA’s for safe storage at home
